What can I expect from Disney’s The Magic Box?

Where is the show located?

The show will be held at Etihad Arena, Yas Island - Abu Dhabi.

What are the showtimes and dates of the show?

The show will start at the Etihad Arena, Abu Dhabi, on January 29th until February 15th 2025. The general show times are: * Weekdays: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays: 6:30 PM * Fridays: 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM * Weekends: Saturdays and Sundays: 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM

How long will the show last?

The show will last approximately 90 minutes with no interval.

Is there an intermission during the musical?

No, there won’t be an intermission during the musical.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

Yes, food and beverage will be available for purchase at the venue.

TICKETS INFORMATION

How can I purchase tickets for the show?

Tickets will be available for purchase from Fever via DisneyTheMagicbox.com and from Etihad Arena. On the Fever app, available on Google Play and Apple Store and on the Fever website. It is recommended that you buy tickets in advance, as tickets onsite will be dependent on availability.

Do I have to print out my ticket?

No, when you purchase ticket(s) through Fever or Etihad Arena, tickets will be emailed directly to you. Also, you can make use of contactless tickets in the Fever App.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.

Do you offer a group discount?

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

Venue doors open 1 hour before the show with access to your seats available 30 minutes before the show. At the start of each Act, there will be an auditorium lock-out for up to 10 minutes. Please be seated before the performance start time to avoid auditorium lockouts. No re-admittance will be permitted.

What happens if I arrive late?

At the start of each Act, there will be an auditorium lock-out for up to 10 minutes. Late patrons will be allowed in at suitable times during the performance, ushers will advise.
