What can I expect from Disney The Magic Box ?

It's a captivating journey with your favourite characters, seamlessly weaving Disney magic into a spectacular stage performance that celebrates Disney like never seen before. Don't miss this enchanting musical as it makes its world tour premiere in South Africa!

Where is the show located?

The show will be held at Teatro, Montecasino in Johannesburg.

What are the showtimes and dates of the show?

The show will start at Montecasino’s Teatro, Johannesburg on 22 November and for a limited time.

The general show times are:

Wednesday to Friday: 7.30pm
Saturday: 1.30pm, 4.30pm and 7.30pm
Sunday: 2.00pm and 5.00pm

How long will the show last ?

The show will last approximately 90 minutes with no interval.

Is there an intermission during the musical?

No, there won’t be an intermission during the musical.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

Yes! Snacks and soft drinks will be available to purchase.

How can I purchase tickets for the show?

Tickets are only available for purchase from Fever via DisneyTheMagicbox.com

It is recommended that you buy tickets in advance, tickets onsite will be dependent on availability.

Do I have to print out my ticket?

No, when you purchase ticket(s) through Fever, tickets will be emailed directly to you or you can make use of contactless tickets in the Fever App.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Ticket refunds are only allowed within 24 hours from purchase. Once this timeframe expires, a ticket exchange voucher will be issued to you equal to the value of your original purchase. This voucher can be redeemed for a ticket to another performance. Ticket exchange vouchers are not allowed within 14 days from the original performance date. Please contact us for more information. Be sure to include your ticket order number. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs. Fever is the ONLY official exclusive ticketing agent and tickets should not be purchased from any other supplier/outlet.
